SOMER'S GARDEN
Somer’s Garden is a living memorial for a little girl who loved the outdoors and sunshine.

Diena Thompson, Somer’s mother was given the foreclosed home, and arranged to have it burned down during training exercises for the Clay County Firefighters. Her plan was to make the site a memorial to her daughter through a community garden of organic vegetables, fruits, herbs and other growth managed by Bringing Food Forests to Northeast Florida.
